Collaborating with a Lisbon based developer on a new luxury ecological development in the Algarve.
Our involvement took us from the macro stage of master planning and site logistics down to the micro design of the pre-fabricated modular timber villas, apartment buildings and communal spaces.
The resort aims to be the Algarve’s most environmentally friendly development. The thirteen hectare site is planned to only have 10% of the land constructed upon, and will include water retention lakes, sporting and leisure facilities, farm to fork restaurant, sunken garden bar and wellness centre.
Revit 2022 and Enscape were used for the modelling and rendering of the 3D images and Lightworks for the video editing. Master plan and building plans were enhanced using Adobe photoshop.
